Biggest Money-line Upsets

Pacers +431 at Rockets

Indiana trailed by 17 points early but Jeff Teague helped the Pacers rally for a 117-108 win over the Rockets. It was just the team’s second win in nine games and only their 10th road win of the season.

76ers +394 vs. Wizards

The 76ers came to play a day after the team traded Nerlens Noel, on the same day that Philly announced No.1 overall pick Ben Simmons wouldn’t play that season and without star center Joel Embiid. Robert Covington scored 25 points and grabbed 11 rebounds and Dario Saric added 20 points and 11 rebounds as the Sixers beat Washington 120-112.

Wizards +260 vs. Warriors

After dropping two in a row, including losing to the 76ers, Washington upended the best team in the league by beating Golden State 112-108. Of course this game comes with a big asterisk, Kevin Durant injured his knee and left the game after just 93 seconds of play.

Kevin Durant Injury

Kevin Durant is expected to miss at least four weeks with a sprained MCL and bone bruise. The Warriors remain the title favorites but Golden State odds to win championship have dropped from -220 to -175.

Cousins Trade

The Pelicans made a blockbuster trade acquiring All-Star center DeMarcus Cousins from the Kings for what amounts to peanuts. New Orleans had hoped to make a playoff run but so far the team is just 1-3 since the trade. The one win happened last night without Cousins in the lineup, he was suspended for an 18th technical.

Rockets 3-pointers

Houston likes to shoot the three and they are good at. The Rockets have extended their NBA record to nine games with 20 or more 3’s. The Warriors were the previous record holder with seven games of 20 or more three pointers in 2015-16.
