Biggest Money-line Upsets

UNLV +843 at Fresno State

UNLV’s season started on a down note losing to Howard, one of the biggest upsets of the season. The Rebels got a little revenge by handing Fresno State its first loss in Mountain West play.

Florida International +499 at Marshall

FIU (5-2) is off to its best start in school history. The Panthers built a 28-7 lead at halftime and held on to upset Marshall 41-30. Florida International has never won the Conference USA title but is in the race this year.

UAB +359 at Southern Miss

UAB shutout Southern Miss in the second half and upset the Golden Eagles 30-12. The Blazers are now one win away from a bowl game.

Ohio State vs. Penn State

The Buckeyes rallied from down 35-20 to beat Penn State 39-38. J.T. Barrett was 33 of 39 for 328 yards and four touchdowns. Ohio State got the win but failed to cover as 7-point favorites.

Cyclones are for real

Iowa State has won four straight including two over Top 5 opponents. The Cyclones forced three turnovers including an interception of Kenny Hill with 1:16 to close out the game. Matt Campbell’s team started as 100/1 longshots to win the Big 12 but are now in the driver’s seat for the league championship.

No Longer Winless

Tanner Mangum threw for 283 yards and three touchdowns as BYU routed San Jose State 41-20. The win ended a seven game losing streak and was the team’s first cover of the season (1-8 ATS).
